PassPrep.io ("PassPrep", "we", "us") provides AI-powered CV matching and mock interview tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, or breach these Terms.
Paid plans (Match Pass, Sprint, top-ups) are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from the customer portal in Settings. One-time purchases (Sprints, top-ups) are non-refundable once usage has begun. Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current period, but you may cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal.
Promotional / free codes (e.g. friends & family Sprints) carry no cash value and may be revoked if misused.
Consumer cooling-off (UK / EU): Where you qualify as a consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel a digital service purchase. By starting to use the paid features (running a match, starting an interview, redeeming credit) before the 14 days are up, you expressly agree that performance begins immediately and you acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once the service has been fully performed.
Do not upload content you do not have rights to, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, abuse the AI features, or use PassPrep to discriminate, deceive an employer, or violate applicable law.
Scores, feedback and generated questions are produced by AI models and provided as guidance only. They are not a guarantee of interview outcomes or employment. Always use your own judgement.
You retain ownership of CVs, job descriptions and answers you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process this content to operate the service. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to train third-party models.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms or the service at any time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. You may stop using and delete your account at any time from Settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in the EU may also bring proceedings in their country of residence and benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of that country. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
